I smoked for a few years but i was a hardcore smoker (2-3 packs a day). It was the single hardest thing i had to tackle but i did it and have not had a single cig in 3 years. It can be a struggle even till this day (because i really liked it) i dont think about it everyday but if i smell someone smoking there is a small craving there. Point is when your ready get some support from people around you and you can do. Best thing i ever did for myself! :-)
