I usually try to time a small exhalation through the nose right at the moment of greatest inversion. That usually keeps the water from shooting up as much. Sometimes, it still does- you have to not only accept that it would happen, but also prepare to not let it affect you. I personally prefer doing inversions in salt water, as it usually tends to not be as hard on the sinuses as pool water .

You are so beautiful and your dancing is gorgeous, I am a fan as well, but I must know!
Did you make your outfit or buy it from somewhere; Where did you buy it and was it a pretty good price?
Also, How do you Manage to hold your breath for so long aside from blowing tiny bubbles?
