@SuperDvsBastard good question, ive actually managed to jump of a 5 story building without parashooting and i actually halo assassinated a guy from jumping down off a building. it was lucky, because i only had about 5% health left, but i managed to had a perfect chance and a clear shot for it so i said what the heck i guess ill try it, and i managed to pull it off perfectly!
