I'm an advanced player but have a habit of breaking the wrist before contact on the FH which ruins the shot. Anyone got any good tips for fixing this apart from wrist-assist etc? I don't know why I have developed this problem either. Maybe too much coaching.
i have a question about the hitting arm's position. how far will the racquet be from my body? is there a certain angle on to which i will bend my arm/wrist?
and what grip are you using? i use an eastern forehand grip.
I mean, you start rotate the shoulders or the hips at the stroke ?
Jeff
thanks for work

hey will, so when you swing into contact, your wrist stays the same right ? like it doesn't move ? thanks if you can answer this :)
Motherfunctional 2 years ago
@Motherfunctional the wrist will naturally catch up to the swing but only after contact.
