My opinion on Owl City

Screw you! Owl City is amazing, and you can not base your review on one song. This is perhaps my least favorite of his songs, but the rest are exceptional. They are amazing. He's amazing.

you can't really say it sucks when you've only heard ONE SONG. and you're trying to sound clever? and it's, "I'd like to make myself believe that planet earth turns slowly. It's hard to say that I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep, 'cause everything is never as it seems." Just because it doesn't make sense to YOU, doesn't mean it doesn't mean anything. Fireflies isn't my favourite song of his, but it isn't a bad song. Listen to his other songs before you completely trash him.

He has insomnia. This song is about what he feels when he can't sleep at night... That's where he gets all of his inspiration pretty much. You should listen to his other music because it is much better, and I don't think you gave him a fair chance. His music is extremely creative and just because it's not like all the other pieces of shit on the radio doesn't make it bad.

hey. no offense, but i think owl city is more of a 4.5/5. and you know i love metal and rock and stuff like that.

i guess im more biased since they cheer me up when i am down.
