Swedish food seems fattier than the average food served to Americans (with tons of butter and cream), yet Swedes are not obese like Americans. It's the entire lifestyle of the people in the country that determines how healthy the people are. I'm sure physical activity is more integral in Sweden and other European and Asian countries (they have to walk everywhere so there's no need to work out).
