The good part is when you have to come off that crap, your body is gonna take a beating you wouldn't wish on anyone. I was on the ball and chain and got on suboxone, and feel much better. Still tapering off but its a slow process. I was prescribed methadone for my back and took it more years then I want to remember. Good luck
