    I'm going to try the best I can to keep the temps down; mishimoto rad, spal fans, trans cooler, oil cooler, vented cf hood, e85, bb turbo, soo many things i want to do in order to combat the heat created by road racing. a lot different than drag racing lol

    Mostly I think running a little more conservative tune is going to keep the car running longer. I got a SCT tune from a FSWerks in SoCal last year. We did several rounds of remote dyno data capturing of wideband data. The car is not quite as powerful, but definitely seems to be running smoother under high load conditions (3rd gear WOT exit out of low speed turn). No CELs. No apparent pinging (on mostly 100 Octane race fuel).

    It is a great little car, but Dan has had some issues with keeping its termperatures down. The last time I saw him, he was unable to get it out on the track for some kind of engine-related problem. As our cars get older, they definitely get more finicky.

    Yes, but it running a bit lean right now so work is being done to sort that out before any more flogging.
