  • Anyone who saw the stationary show noticed the subliminal fries ad in the scene at 2:20 with the explanation of the illusion of animation?

  • & for all of you still saying this is fake you can look up their names. Like mike brown is a Boston blue man that's been working for the company for over 7 years now..

  • this isnt the realy ones

  • It's actually not fake. It's just weird to see us blue man fans seeing nerdy geeky guys TALKING about what they do. I think it kills the whole persona behind it they shouldn't do interviews like this.

It also explains why some shows in some states are WAY better than others.

  • I was there at the Boston show when we went for a last year school trip the guy with glasses danced right next to me on the balcony it was awesome!

  • Jabbawockeez without mask :D

  • they look like nerds

  • The BLUE MEN ARE PLOTTING TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!!

  • There are many many blue men. They perform different venues in different states and countries all on the same day same time.

  • There's actually like 9 different Blue Men performing different skits on a show.

  • True musical artists!

  • these are the real people,

    just saw them last night

  • FAIL! Damn impersonators....get your own ideas!

  • Oh no, these guys are the performers. Did you not watch the whole video? They tell you they had to train to PERFORM.

  • Screw the 4th wall!! You don't make any real connection if its there, unless the story of a play or something is just completely riveting, otherwise, screw a 4th wall.

  • This is from Wikipedia:

The original founding Blue Men still perform in Italy, but they have since then taken on administrative roles in the company. Because of the success of Blue Man Group, a parent company called Blue Man Productions was created, which produces all the Blue Man Group shows in the world. It currently has a staff of over 50 people.

  • how many people have portrayed the Blue Men this entire time?

  • oh my god... first guy = johnny storm...

  • its fake

  • it fake

  • I immediately had to think of Einstürzende Neubauten

  • Right from wikipedia, there are over 50 blue men "All of the organization's appearances star a trio of performers called Blue Men, who appear to have blue skin and no voice, hair, or ears. The original founding Blue Men no longer perform and have since taken on administrative roles in the company. Because of the success of Blue Man Group, a parent company called Blue Man Productions was created, which produces all the Blue Man Group shows in the world. It currently has a staff of over 50 people"

  • chris wink taught my dad how to play drums

  • @popsnacks2 bull shit

  • @ZergSc2 not even kidding Chris wink taught my dad at Wesleyan University in Connecticut . They taught in the tunnels beneath Wesleyan in the sound proof rooms. my dad can tell chris from any other blueman because of the shape of his head because he saw him so many times. Chris also performs at the Aster theater in NYC. and plus why would i joke about that anyway.

  • @popsnacks2 Your Fuckiing Bullshiting Man Idc About Ur Bullshit Story You Dad Did Not Taught By The Blue Man

  • @ZergSc2 call me bullshit but i dont lie you could ask my dad at Info@fxmodels.com if YOU please i dont care i was just stating

  • @ZergSc2 that is what failed trolling looks like.

  • AWWW I thought they were cool but they're nerds

  • is this footage part of a dvd?

  • But i like the genius idea about blue man group and i like it.

  • I would like to see them putting on their masks and than comare the result with an original picture of the blue man group.

  • this is not the blue man group. the blue man group is from holland (where i live too!!!)

  • @col000in

there not from holland it originatied in the u.s in new york city

  • @col000in they are from new york and these three guys are the ones that are doing the standard show in new york while the original 3 are on tour and doing other stuff but they are originally from new york

  • thats not them ........

  • yes it is

  • whats the last of the first one? does he have facebook? lol

  • The first one is gorgeous.

  • nah i dont blive that.. i doubt they really are.. can anybody prove me wrong?

  • yes they are

  • yeah i was the ventian in vegas, week ago and that show was awesome

  • i have a serious question, are there more than 3 guys in blue man group, or are there a bunch of em

  • @hockeytaint22 The ones you see outside of Vegas are not the original three, but there's always only 3 in any given performance. You should look at it more than there's only 3 "blue men" rather than performers.

  • a bunchh of em'

  • You're an idiot.

  • @mattverde Yes he is a grant idiot

  • @merman153 haha good one when are you gonna stop shoving rats in your ass. oh and when your making about 75 million dollars a year call me

  • Aren't the original blue men Phil Stanton, Chris Wink and Matt Goldman?

  • Yes.

  • Yes they are this here is just a Vid of one of all the Groups from BlueManGroup....

  • @Monk3yman77

yes, the original blue "men's" are: Phil Stanton, Chris Wink and Matt Goldman.

here is the original Blue Man Group: /watch?v=3liOcArANrA

    (The translation is in german.)

  • @Monk3yman77 yes

  • @Monk3yman77 I think the people you named are the creaters, not the actors.

  • @Monk3yman77 there is more than 3 of them. its not the same ones every single time.

  • @Monk3yman77 yes but they aren't the only blue men. in the blue men group. there is alot of blue men but only 3 at the time on the shows.

  • @Monk3yman77 there are bout 300 different blue men dude xD

all for different shows, gigs, concerts, blah blah blah which is why they said they were blue men not the actual group themselves :P

The real group would be doing the bigass stuff that mean something :D

  • @Monk3yman77 there are 3 groups of Blue Men, in each 3 groups there are 3 people :3

  • @Monk3yman77 there are not only 3 Blue Men. there different Blue Man Groups spread over the whole world

  • @Monk3yman77 yes they are

  • @Monk3yman77 there are dozens of blue men. Once you're trained you're trained.

  • @Monk3yman77 yes...chris wink also taught my father how to play drums at Wesleyan college in CT

  • @Monk3yman77 Yes but they rarely perform these days

  • @Gauky1976 bmg plays 3 days a week in orlando fl

  • @Monk3yman77 yes and your point is?

  • @Monk3yman77 yes but i guess this is a documentary about another 3 guys...remember there's like over 50 blue men groups all around the world

  • @Monk3yman77 I think the three are the CREATORS of the Blue Man Group, not the performers.

  • @jjkaraokepro yes.. because everyone knows the blue man group are not humans

  • @jjkaraokepro Nope, these are them. Did you not watch the whole video? They tell you they had to train to get on stage.

  • @Monk3yman77 i think they founded the blue man group, their not actually the blue men

  • @Monk3yman77 maybe there is two pair

  • @Monk3yman77

Blue Man Group is a creative organization founded by Chris Wink, Matt Goldman, Phil Stanton and Phil's brother Matt Stanton. All of the organization's appearances star a trio of performers called Blue Men. The original founding Blue Men have since taken on administrative roles in the company. Due to their popularity, a parent company called Blue Man Productions was created, which produces all the Blue Man Group shows in the world. It currently has a staff of over 50 people.

  • @AustraliaFare09 wait so theres 2 blue man groups?

  • @Eddieost0309 there are actually more, there are 4 or 5 permanent locations around the country and 2 or 3 travelling groups

  • I didn't know they were human...

  • Blue Man Group is an entire 500+ employee company with shows worldwide.

  • This is the Boston cast, not Orlando.

  • what about the Dutch group? their inspiration for blue man group comes from a Japanese dance/mime.

I thought the 'original' Blue man g comes from the Netherlands.

  • The Blue Man Group started in New York.

  • I'm confused. There seem to be more than one Blue Man Group...

  • Last i heard there was more than 60 blue man actors nationwide. they have height and weight requirements, and obviously musical background.

  • oh come on ... NATIONWIDE ... the blueman group is a INTERNATIONAL COMPANY ... indeed doin a fu***** great show

  • Oh of course but I don't know the International number- Don't want to state something I don't know. Agreed it's an awesome show.....and they're even funner to work with.

  • there is a few blue man groups i saw one in berlin and it was not these guys

  • there is..there some in europe,tokyo,usa

  • there are many more blue man groups, this one is the Orlando group

  • whoo go north carolina jkjkjk

  • why are fautline why dont people fuck off stop slacking them off

    4 x times in Vegas

    1 x in london

    seen them

  • Come back and try that statement again when you're sober, eh?

  • saw these guys in Boston on a school trip =]

  • I saw Blue Man Group at the Charles Playhouse in Boston.

  • There are no 'real' blue men, per se. It's an artistic concept that defies cultures, races and genders. Anyone fitting the height requirement and have drum skills to make a homogeneous trio can try out to be one. This fform of mime work will survive the original creators long into the future.

  • there is still the first origonal Blue man group. the first people.

  • These are the real blue man...Not orignal blue man....its an organization not just three dudes.....

  • so..

    bottom line

these r not the real blue man...

  • They put me up on the stage for the end of the show skit! It was amazing! They really have something special and will be around for a while!

  • how do we know for a fact that these guys are the Blue man group? they could be but how do we really know. how do we even know that has been the same guys on stage the whole time? know one really know but the guys. anyone that is the same build as the guys could same they were them really

  • ... There are like over 60 of them, these are just three random Blue Men, not the original guys who started it though. A lot of the backing group are other Blue Men.

  • these are the rule blue man

  • i saw the real men 3 days ago

  • These aren't the original Blue Men, they're just some guys in one production. The original guys were all from New York. Someone said they thought Blue Man was German- those were probably the German performers. The original guys are only directly involved in a few projects, they can't be everywhere.

  • By the way - does anyone know who played the group for the Complex Tour??

  • Because it's fuckin' awesome you retard.

  • Weirdos?? I encourage you to buy their Complex Live CD. If you like (love) music at all - you will be enthralled!! WOW!!!!

  • you tell him!!!!!!!

  • because these "weirdos" are an insporation to percussionists world wide!!! and there my heros!

  • the "weirdos" are the ones who don't appreciate these guys!!!

  • amen missd, amen

  • Ha they are American !,i thought they were German, but it makes sense now,no wonder everyone in the world thinks Americans are assholes !

  • What does being American have to do with loving their music?!

  • its paint

  • where do these three perform???

  • They play in boston

  • The last guy, Mike Brown, is my brother. I have the coolest brother ever! =)

  • You wish jellyfish.

  • Comment removed

  • really they are awsome man. do they wear masks or paint there faces?

  • Comment removed

  • did he do the complex tour??

  • No fair! :(

  • Not the founders?

    Not interested.

  • why are the Pvc round?

  • yea i was at the boston one in 2009 it was awsome it rocks

  • Well...you could say that the "light thing" they are doing is called "Wands" because that's the name of the skit.

  • which song is that at the begging of the video

  • The song in the beginning of the vid is the rock concert movements

  • this looks like BMG in new york city

  • wait, it hasn't always been the same 3 guys all along. question mark.

  • Nope, there are around 80 blue men performing around the world. The 3 originals don't go bald and blue as often, but are still very active in maintaining the whole group.
