They thin out the ends to blend the ends better so its not so blunt of a cut

Bit scary, eh? It was not exactly shoulder length, what. I liked watching his angle cuts (would have been better with a bit of theory voiced in, right?), but was somewhat disappointed with "bangs." With thin, straight hair, it is quite easy to show layer-cuts, but cutting dry is actually better for end length and movement. Hairspray, really? What do you think?
