A very nice tribute. I recall Fred's pbp of the classic Canada-USSR Summit Series in the 70s. A matter of national pride for both teams. 4-3-1 in favor of Canada with Paul Henderson's memorable winning goal in the final game at Moscow. It was the series that introduced North America hockey fans to the great Tretiak in goal for the Soviets.

Fred Cusick is THE VOICE of The Boston Bruins..I am 24, and I grew up listening to this man while watching games with my dad, it felt like a member of the family died when he passed away. RIP Fred..We'll try and win it all for you!

Fred's voice will always mean Bruins hockey to me. I have such great memories of watching the games as a kid with my Father and Grandfather on TV38 during the 1980's. NEELY SHOOTS........ SCORES!!!!!!!! CAM NEELY SCORES ON THE REBOUND, AND THE BRUINS TAKE THE LEAD!!!!
