For anyone who doesn't know, this simply removes any sound that's exactly centered in the sound(since stereo is left and right sound). If the quality sounds bad, then what you hear is usually just echoes flowing through the sides of the speakers.

Try this with the Muse version of "Feeling Good". It Works AMAZINGLY. You just have to test this technique out with different songs. Some work - Some don't. It's all to do with the differing pitches and stuff. Just have fun with it

You only hear what's in stereo. That's why it works for some songs and not others. Hence my posting about the 80's

It does what my brothers and I would do in the 80's. 1: cut an Aux wire 2: on one piece twist the red and white wires together. 3: take the red wire on the other piece twist it to the ground wire on the one u just twisted the red and white ones together. 4: take the white one and twist it to the ground wire (to the piece u twisted the red and white ones together) 5: tape the mess up w electrical tape (make sure you mark the end w the ground. I have to finish on another post.

@JeffCaster 6: this is the important step. take the end u marked with the ground on it. This goes into the input of the stereo. The other goes to the CD player, tape deck, or LP player whatever your using. that's it! (It's a lot easier then it sounds.)

I suppose this method only works on tracks that have vocals mixed mostly on ONE CHANNEL. Just like the old beatles records...try this on REVOLUTION for example...you will get the drums and vocals only...kind of cool.

This is an old method that works only if your song has a mono voice track over a stereo sound (like '70 songs).

This is not usable with modern song with a lot of stereo voice effects... Modern filters use more complex operations relative to the voice spectrum.

@SwimBro15: if your original song is a mono track sound saved as stereo one, both left and right channel will be perfectly the same so, making difference, all sounds will be deleted. it's normal!
