noreen, u r so sweet and having ur husband to do the vids is nice.. i think ur crepes where great. except diet wise i guess i would use cottage cheese with splenda,,lol where are u.. ur grapefruit looks like one in florida, lol i am trying to move there before winter,, and i know at the flea markets in ft myers and lakeland are always open yearly,., so please take us to the flea market first on one of ur videos,,, like a veggie dish or another fruit goodieee, thanks
I wanted to take the time to thank you for all the effort and planning that you put into creating and posting these videos for everyone to watch. Very generous of you! My mother never spent very much one on one time with me so I never picked up much about cooking from her, most of what I know I have learned through cook books but its a huge help to watch you do it. Thank you for being like the mother I never had! I feel like I'm in your kitchen when I watch your videos.
LOVE! I fill mine with greek yogurt or sometimes a nice blend of creme fresh and vanilla yogurt. I don't really add sugar because the fruits have enough as is. :)
I was a little bit reluctant to make these because I've never made crepes before but wow, this recipe is truly amazing!!! I made them this morning for my boyfriend and my brother and sister-in-law ended up sniping some as well. They were quick and easy- thanks so much for sharing!
I just LOVE watching you! You're just adorable, down to earth and your cooking is exactly what it should be: FUN, EASY and EDIBLE! LOL! Keep 'em comin'! (My daughter just got the ingredients and is making me my Mother's Day Crepes right now!) Cant' wait! *She's gonna use Peaches though..... should be great too! YUM!~
@yeseniatehe Well, its my crepe, if you have an original crepe recipe than you should make your own video and share it with the rest of us, we would love to see it, than we can comment on your video.
First off thanks for the amazing recipe, and a belated Mothers Day to you as well! I'll be making these for a nice surprise for my wife this weekend. Now that i know how easy it is, no reason any of us guys can't make this. That includes the camera man!
man ur rite those strawberries look amazing! im interested in how the strawberries release juice from the sugar because me and my mum do tht all the time for like angel food cake so it has a nice juice with it but how does tht work? because salt would dry it out but sugar makes it juicey? hmmm...
I have wondered how to make crepes... u make it look so simple and it give me courage to try it... thanks Your videos is the only one I watch to learn recipes.. thank u so much!!!!
another great one, Noreen! You do such a fantastic job. (heres a hint when out of OJ). I always zest my oranges before I eat or use them. I just freeze it. Then when I want a hint of orange flavor I use a dash of the zest. I'll be making this soon. I hope you had a very well deserved Mother's day. God Bless!
@jknacasual It was Sooooooo Good! I just this morning, picked my first ripe strawberry out of my bed. I had to cut it in 4 pieces so we could all taste it. HA! We all wanted more. 1/4 of a strawberry is kind of a joke, but how do you tell your kids they can't taste? We will all just have to wait for the rest. I don't think it should be too long though. Thanks so much for watching and commenting! Noreen
@atticus9799 The first ripe one was a couple of days ago. I was the only one home to find it and.... I must confess.... I ate it myself. I am so ashamed!
I do use pancake batter....with more milk so the batter is thin

....Continued....I always made the assumption that I needed a special crepe maker appliance because I was told that by somebody.
I see you doing it in a pan and that makes it seem so much more doable and possible!
Now maybe I will try it sometime.
Thank you.
Keep making videos. Please!!!
