I'm thinking of getting Guild Wars and I have no clue just what the battle system is all about, being fairly new to MMO's, can anyone shed a little light on the process?

the game is supposed to be entirely based around your skill and knowledge of the game

unlike other MMO's with a high max level GW is only 20 and can be reached in a day if you know what y our doing (for the first time itll take a while so dont worry)

the weapon damage is standardized based on the weapon

the trick is "builds" being the way you have your skills set up because you can only go around with 8 skills at a time

nightfall:great game, good story line, easy to beat, avarage lvling up, fun quests ans missions

the reason you dont see other people is when you are out in the world and not in towns, you are basicly in your own game.

unless you are in a party then you see the people in your party.

so that if you need to get some spider eggs are somthing people are always taking them

when you are in towns you are with everyone else.
