I totally agree with you. and the thought of it makes me absolutely sick. You can tell by the pictures and the video's that were uploaded of Natalee that she was probably a pure and wholesome young woman. I think regardless if Dr. Phil's evidence is "accurate" or not, its worth investigating. This girl has been missing for almost 6 years, so if a new possibility pops up, SOMEBODY needs to run with it to try and find this girl, if (and I pray) she is still alive. god bless her.

I absolutely think the sex slavery theory is possible. Her body was never found and they searched everywhere. And the underground sex trade is pretty huge.
