"No cracks or damage on the dashboard." And the nameplate is missing from the right side of the dash =P I love these cars though. I've got one myself.
Now, I have a 94 Sable myself and it overall has been a very reliable car. It nearly has 192,000 miles on it, and it still runs fairly well. Though it is getting close to the end of the road, and I've been having to make a lot more repairs on it. I want to get it up to 200,000 miles, but after that I think I may need to upgrade.
@crombieposterboy You're a liar. You don't get that far with ANY car without needing to make replacements and repairs, especially not a jap crap toyota.
I have had this exact same model yr and color car before, its a wonderfull car i loved it whole time i owned mine i had 195,000 miles on mine and orig trans and engine i always kept the maintance on them and kept the car up and had no major problems i would have another one these. I also previously owned a 2001 sable LS premium that gave me a lot of life as well I LOVE THESE cars
I don't care what you drive man. Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, anyone who says they've driven a care more than 200,000 kilometers and never replaced anything but tires, oil and brake shoes is a liar.
@crombieposterboy mine has 119,000 miles, only have had 1 transmission (it slips on rare occasions but thats all), and I'm not sure about the other one never had to do it. grandpa gave it to me as a first car, hes had 3 taurus/sables, a 92 that still ran great after selling it with 150,000, a 98 sable which he only kept for 2 years because he wanted the 2000 i have right now.
I Have this car and its a pain in the ass, transmission busted twice, started went out once blah blah but runs pretty good. I tinted my windows and put a new mufler on it.
Excuse Me Sir, How many miles are on it?. And does this Mercury Sable have A lot of Highway miles on it?. GOD LOVES YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
