@natheyboi13 I watched a rugby game the other day. I honestly had no idea what was happening or how the teams were scoring. I do know I saw only 3 real tackles the whole time, and none of them were anything compared to what American Football players endure every play, and often more than once a play. Also, American football is played in Canada, Europe, and other places around the world too. We are much bigger on it though than anyother country
@matt62591 u have to put the ball on the ground at either end of the pitch to score its not that complicated. if it is played in europe it is at a very small scale. yes there is more tackling in american football but the game is not continuous at all.

Go run on a field and sprint, and make cuts, and block people, 70 times and tell me how you feel after that lol. Rugby isn't exactly continuous either, if the ball is on the other side of the field why would the 20 other people on the other side need to move around if they're not involved, you know? Football is all out for everyone every play.
@matt62591 rugby requires twice as much fitness ans endurance than football ! this isnt even a competition ! YOU try being in about 10 scrums and sprinting non stop while rucking and tackling on top of it !

@matt62591 rugby is continious, either you are running with the ball, running to keep up with the ball, running up to tackle someone or running to chase a kick ect. if you are not running you are rucking or scrummaging, thats tiring. i know if i didnt run the whole game my coach would take me off straight away, rugby you dont have padding or helmets, it hurts a lot more. dont get me wrong though, american football is awesome too, just not as good as rugby ;)
