I wonder where Jerry would've taken his playing by now? So inventive and melodic, he was truly inspiring.

His death was a freak accident; he and a friend were in a freight elevator at a party in Brooklyn that got stuck between floors, so they pried open the doors and tried to jump down. His shirt got caught on something and he ended up falling to his death. So horrible.

Jerry was the best. He was this generation's Stewart Copeland. I regret never being able to play a show with Maserati and Jerry. It will haunt me forever.

i think its a vintage ludwig vistalite drums kit. i know the shells are a material called acrylic its like a plastic but they sound really good. thomas priddgen of the mars volta plays acrylic shells
