u know something man that cubs guy totally owes u an apology because you have a very good shadowstep build. because the way that i'll bet u have ur shadowstep build is u have remorseless maxed and improved ambush maxed so cubsfan was wrong about ur rogue not hitting for a lot because if u have those 2 talents maxed out youll crit on every ambush. lol that was really cool but u should get urself something else in ur offhand besides a dagger. other than that great vid:)

im lvl 48 n my combo now is, premeditaion-ambush-ghostly strike then evicerate so fairly quickly i do decent damage, or against some1 with alot of hp, premeditation-garrote-ghostly strike-hemmorage then rupure, then just sit there n let the dots do their job, if any1 has any tips for max damage as fast as possible please let me in on them :)

I would suggest that you do NOT open with ShadowStep. Save shadowstep for if they try to run away (Hunter's Disengage or a Mage's Blink). Also, if you're specced sub, try this combo for max burst: Premed, Ambush (Must have talents for Ambush, so that Ambush gives 3 points instead of 2), then Evis (You'll have 5 points after Ambush).

lvl 8's dont have that good stealth and you should just wait for stealth because it is hard when you first start out, and for damage i use mostely a combat build which is good for dual weilding and high damage, for weapons you should have a dagger in your main hand and a sword in you off hand

unless your using backstab, you dont need a dagger in main for most skills, and ss will definitally do more dmg with a stronger weapon. and then off-hands have better proc rate of poison right? so shouldnt the fast weapon be on the off hand? sorry, but im new, but love to crunch battle data.

They see you because A. your still a low level and B. They are a higher level than you.

For good DPS just spec combat but if you want a good stealth I recommend using 3/3 Master of disguise in the subtlety tree. other than that most people say the best way to spec a rogue is combat.

For constant dps use 2 swords. If you want to get the mobs down to half health first with ambush, use daggers and go assassination. If you want steady, extreme dps go combat and use 2 swords.

when you are a level 8 you have a very low stealth abaility so its only useful if they have their backs turned to you. spec depends on what you want to do. for PvP i would suggest Sub... and for raiding and such i would suggest combat. :D
