Yeah I agree with @2spyc4u that the hip-scarf is for belly dancing, and I do both bellydancing and bollywood dancing (for fun). But when I do bollywood dancing, I sometimes like to wear the hip-scarf...just cuz its fun :)) !! Unless you're doing a professional performance in front of a serious audience, I dont see what the problem is with wearing an arabic dance costume with hindi music. :)

Well Indian dancing is very different than belly dancing and booty shaking. In indian dancing we do not move our hips but move our waise and abs sideways. Also the more focus is on expressions and hands and waist movements. If u search u will find a lot of booty shaking videos like this online I have no clue why she chose an indian song. Its better to know about the topic before condemning it. u cant compare oranges to apples. IF sushmita danced like this in vid it would be banned in india
