I don't sure if KR and JP will ban IP that are not in there country.

But TW bans almost IPs except TW(But not all, some region can still play it).

You can just try to install the game and see if it will be banned. ^^

i wonder why cabal is both p2p/f2p (as u say atleast, i dont really now) i play europe version, im lv 71 warrior and i pay for it. And now i hear u guys play for free! wtf?!

Although we play it for free in Taiwan here, but the char here is much harder to train it than europe. I think that's just the difference between p2p/f2p
