  • @June123098 you should check out my channel. There are a lot of vids that will fill you in if you are interested. This vid was part of the series I did on my second MC, which I did for 10 days. I have done 3, 10 day MC's and a 25 day Juice Feast. I did vids through each experience. Click on my username and that should take you to my channel.

  • very helpful information. I remember doing a 3-day water fast, and my body purge and cleared up a skin condition, I say that to say- this fast for 30-days should be very beneficial. Thanks so much for you honesty and detail

  • It may just be my imagination, but your skin even looks redder - wondering if it's because of the cayenne.

  • I did have some days where I felt a bit flushed... but I did not necessarily attribute it to just the cayenne but to the whole MC process. Some days, I think when I was really detoxing I was blanched out white. It seem to vary a bit. Thanks for your comments. : )

  • Not that I am an expert... just going by some read I have done and what I experienced last time. Who knows though. This is a trippy experiment to do on you mind and body. Good trippy I think, but trippy none the less. Are you doing the MC right now? I cant recall where you were at with it.

  • The first MC I did was just 4 days before this one. I know thats kind of unusual but ... well, thats what I have done. MC #1 lasted almost a full 11 days and I lost 10 lbs. This is MC #2 on day 4 and I have only lost 2 lbs so far but it takes a bit sometimes to get you metabolism into gear to start burning all of your stored fuel. : )

  • Wow, that sucks about the cayenne!! Have you tried the cayenne pills? I was reading online that some people were not mixing the cayenne in the lemonade, just the lemons/syrup and taking the cayenne tablets with it. They mentioned the Cool Cayenne (easier on the stomach than the regular cayenne tablets) and I saw it in the natural store the other day. Or...just find milder cayenne. haha BTW, what heat do you use? I had the option of 35,000 or 40,000 so I went with the 35,000 heat.

  • The cayenne that I picked up did not list the "strength" although I have been looking for that sort of indicator. The problem today is I was using WAY to much (almost 2 teaspoons for 7 servings) coupled by the fact that it was a stronger powder than I had used before. I ended up dumping that batch when I got home today and then just made some single servings to get me through the evening. I pay more attention tomorrow. BTW I cant wait to find out your weight loss results!
