  • American justice system blows...

  • what??.. 12?.. You american people are sick. Greetings from europe, Denmark.

  • @momoG So you would not charge a 12 year old boy for murdering his 2 year old brother and were the sick people?

  • Just because you can have children doesn't mean you should. People ruining the lives of children. It makes me sick. This boy needs rehabilitation and therapy. His mother and step-father need jail time.

  • its da moms fault not fa kids fuck dat judge ill slit dat niggah up

  • if im trash y u speaking my language u r some trash living in south american country living on 50cent a day u the trash

  • aww 2 sides

  • BIG BOY CRIME DESERVE BIG BOYS TIME DONT DROP THE SOAP AND KEEP THAT LIL VIRGIN ASS WARM BABY

  • @limwang75 FUCK U AMERICAN TRASH

  • @limwang75 LOL Cool beans!!

  • This is america.

The mother op the boy on trial was 12 years old (!!!!!!).

  • Wow sick , this makes me puke

  • Lol_america.

  • all of you who think he shouldnt go to jail for the rest of his life are plain fucking stupid he caused the death of an innocent 2 year old he knew what he was doing he deserves to spent the rest of his miserable life behind bars something is better than being put on death row

  • @Rrorro771 Hes a kid and he has been abused. Most kids that have been abused are mentally fucked and are possible to do something worse. It's not their fault. Therefore, the kid has to go to a psychcentre.

  • The USA constantly tells other countries how they need to act with human rights. And they self want to send a 12 year old boy to life in prison!? WTF

  • only in america....

  • I know this is a serious case... but I can't stop looking at the news anchors terrible spray tan!

  • i was in a detention center with him

  • to a certain level they cant be too gentle on him, most criminals who start at a young age like cristian never learned there lesson wich is why repeated offenders exist. they do have to make him realize that what he did was in fact completely unacceptable at any age. so only a HARDENED sentence would fix his violent attitude but yes at the same time life in prison can and will only make it worse. he will grow up with alot of resentment wich will only give him a GOT NOTHING TO LOOSE ATTITUDE.

  • @Hitmanz21 tell me if you agree with this statement. life sentences should be mandatory for anyone 16 or over convicted of a violent crime if majority of jury say so and discretionary to the judge for offenders younger than that. all lifers are serving life until death unless they get their sentence reduced generally through several years of good behaviour and different life sentences mean longer periods such as multiple homicides would increase time served before their sentence gets reduced.

  • I would not classify that as premeditation. Aggravation perhaps, but it was a "heat of the moment" attack. Silly prosecutor!

  • what is wrong with the world???

  • @flikmay what do you mean? the usa is the only country where juvenile life sentences is legal. quite ironic that even iran, saudi arabia, north korea and somalia, countries the usa say are barbaric don't impose any longer though in recent years they had those laws just as tanzania, south africa and israel, but have had it banned since. the usa is one of few countries left where death penalty for juveniles under 18 still apply like in georgia, china has had juvenile executions banned since 1997.

  • you call America a civilized country - eh ?

  • This is simply ludicrous!
