I have to say this snapping turtle must be very used to being handled. Usually when they feel threatened they'll open their mouths up, struggle, and ram you with its rear shell. This turtle did none of this. He's not threatened or worried. He's just used to being handled by her. He's fine.

I see soooooo many people place their hands on the carapace right above the head (where she is holding it). The extention/retraction of the neck of a snapping turtle is really fast and they are able to reach that very spot. I use to feed mine right there all the time as a little "trick". And that turtle is overfed...

@rooobinhoood She is clearly a professional & this snapping turtle is obviously domestic as it has been in captivity probably since a hatchling. You as a fellow/former snapping turtle owner Im sure you're aware of how intelligent they are-- recognizing faces, & can be pretty docile to an extent. While it is not recommended or admittedly wise, If I want, I can safely stroke my snappers chin & even touch her nose occasionally & she just gives a grouchy attitude like this one here.
