does soprano go into the alltisimo register in this piece?

No altissimo, as long as your soprano sax has a high G key. Otherwise, you will need to use an altissimo G fingering.

I get it , you can play fast. Congratulations... How about some character? That is much faster than Ligeti'smarked tempo. He is very specific in his markings so maybe a little more attention should should be paid to them.

This sounds absolutely bang on to me.  A critique is completely fine, and probably often welcome by those in the midst of refining their craft. But there is no reason for the voice of your comment.

I really enjoy this, I love this piece, and it's a good sounding arrangement, obviously an alto or soprano sax hitting those high notes doesn't have the same ease to the ear as a piccolo or flute, but at the same time, it's Ligeti!
