That is the final product!! hehe....it shouldn't be too hot becoz it doesn't take long for the gelatin to become liquid under hot water since the gelatin soaked up so much water beforehand. The "Strawberry Overload Cheesecake" video shows how i add it into the dessert. Hope this helps.
