This part was done in Adobe Audition, but you can do the same thing in FL using Edison. Look in nfxbeats' channel for the Edison tutorial.

I've been using Adobe Audition for sampling and the volume of every song I import into it keeps going into the red region, resulting in bad audio quality.

How do I lower the decibel level of the entire track in Adobe Audition??

easy dude, 1. watch nfx's quick master, or open audition, load the track, then click effects-> normalize, 89%

then its just under 0 dB, perfect
