You can do this yourself... get the brute shot, throw a grenade at the floor, jump and fire as the nade explodes... it sometimes kills you though :)

Just fire the brute shot twice right when you jump. Just aim right above the point when your aim thingy stops moving down. It will just take the shields, no death.

ive done this, you can do it by yourself, its a little harder but u gotta do by your self in lone wolves or slayer. first grenade jump then jump of a power drainer. trust me it works but youll need a little luck to pull it of.

I tried brute shot but it wouldn't quite work as it wouldn't move me forward onto the lower ledge even though I was walking forward at the time, so I just forged a new level instead. Also sometimes I was ending further away from the corner when using the brute shot.

4 methods:

1. get brute shot, go against wall, look straight down, press a and rt simulatiously 2-3 times. more will kill you.

2. grenade jump to where in vid

3. grenade jump, then throw power drain straight down to get all the way up

yeah im positive you can. next time you get the chance go into custom or forge. and put on invincibilty and nade regeneration and practice it.. you have to jump like right as the grenade explodes.. and you cant stand right in the corner or you'll be pushed back..

Yeah, the grenade jump is the most effective way to get up there, because than you have two weapons. Although most would find it hard, and prefer to use the brute shot.

The main problem with using either the teleporter or, as I have done, the grav lift, is it means anyone can get up there. To truly use it to your advantage you need to use the brute shot, which I tried about 6 times but still failed to achieve.

Try Snipe City...a map I made. I put a one way teleporter up there on each side, plus a lot more.
