also lengthen or shorten cable to provide smooth shifting, least amount of bend in degrees, you can buy any length you need to make it ultra smooth. Its the little details that can take away the fun of driving,so take your time,
Please update us on your new GTM? Now that you are working at getting the bugs out of it - she sure looks like a great build! Happy Motoring - drive safe!
Correct, this was the first start after putting the body on. It's chassis #17 and it took 4 years to build.
Had a little trouble finding reverse. It's a cable shift and not smooth as I like, but it'll get there. I took it slow so as to not launch into the garage wall. Also wanted to be sure the intercooler fans were running.
Awesome! Who could possibly dislike this video? For those of you who may not be aware, this was probably the very first start of the car after months to years of building. You'd be very careful if it was yours. Lots of things to watch and check for on a maiden voyage. Congratulations!! I've got an FFR MKIII and am loving it.
absolutely beautiful machine and congrats on starting and finishing this amazing project. Me and my dad are going to put one of these together in a couple months once we finish restoring our cobra jet. I'm just wondering what the final costs of the whole project was? not including labour obviously. It would be much appreciated! thanks
Congrats on your build of your GTM. I'm hoping to build a FFR Cobra soon, getting ready to build my Mustang donor so I should be joining the FFR family so long as all goes well

Update...
Shifter action still an issue. 1st difficult to find. Contemplating a shift gate plate.
Turbos, cannot hear them, at all. Engine drowns them out. Even at 15psi.
Will post turbo pics once I figure out how to post against this video.

There are turbos tucked neatly in the back.
