  • Ask any physical therapist/orthopedic doctor etc and they will tell you that this movement is very bad for your shoulders, rotator cuffs etc...

  • Wow expert Village needs to get off there welfar checks and get trainers that actually know what muscles there working out! This work out is for traps....theyll only work ur shoulder if ur a pussy

  • ur traps are part of ur shoulders dipshit

  • @birdmank12 The TREPS are part of your shoulder STUPID. Learn how to spell AND work out...or do the trailer parks NOT have access to libraries?

  • @briancolding LOOL are you retarded bud... its TRAPS or trapezuis, not treps, google it if you want dumbass. But your right about it being in the shoulder category.

  • fuck of you stupid fucking shit...what the fuck you know you probably look like some skinny bug..that's also exercise for trapezius..and for shoulders..

  • Fuck me use polos you weak twat

  • This is good if you want to work your traps...you gotta go much wider if you want to hit your side delts

  • for some reason everytime i do this exercise my elbows are un even. like my right elbow is higher than my left which doesent really look right so i dont do upright rows

  • its probably an illusion or maybe u just need to focus a little more

  • im a personal trainer i know what im doing... its just how my body is I guess. Maybe my left rotator cuff is tight? I stretch everything else

  • I have the exact same thing happen no matter how focused I am. It must be the natural alignment of our bodies.

  • hm.. maybe its muscle tightness? perhaps ons deltoid is more tight than the other? one Rotator cuff may be stronger than another causing the weaker side to compensate. Could be alot of things really.

  • I had a similar thing happen to me and went to see a physio about it, turned out it was due to muscles being constantly tense etc, but with a few sessions its easy to fix the issue

  • Good technique! For an extra burn don't lower the bar all the way down. Lower it to your belt area hold for 2 then back up, keeping your body still so only your arms do the work.

  • nice
