That's not exactly true... Steve Vai just copied some stuff of Satriani, Satriani didn't teach him. When G3 was made Steve copied some stuf from Joe and Joe some from Steve. Yeh buy it. I have a bad horsie 2. the second one just has an added contour button which allows you to dial in your own tone into the pedal and it has steve vai's settings. i recommend either one. They both are good but if you want strictly steve's sound don't waste your money and get the first one.
