I make them with a program called Sony Vegas.

However, most people use a program that doesn't cost anything and which is already on their computer called Windows Movie Maker, I'd bet its on your computer as well. And all you have to do is find clips/episode or even pictures of what you want to make the videos to. And from there it's quite straight forward
