@xXElCaballoXx Actually funnily enough they're not my favourite animal by any means. I certainly respect them and admire the artistic potential they bring, but the main reason there are so many wolves up here is because everyone who commissions or (when I was less experienced) requests animations from me asks for wolves or wolf-like characters. All animations here are for other people except the chicken, the winged canine, the cats and the saluki run cycle XD

This is all Photoshop - I was lucky enough to get PS from my uncle, and I've never had the money to afford other animation programs. If you'd like a closer look on ways to animate using Photoshop, I have a trilogy of videos showing my methods on my channel ^^

My tablet came with Photoshop Elements, but unfortunately I can't seem to get it to work the way I need. So Flash has just kind of been the right program for me to work with. Hey,

For the werewolf animation, did you use a frame with a half human/wolf in there or did you go straight from human to wolf? Looks like you just went straight for it here, but I wanted to check.

And would you think to use more or less in-between forms to make the animation of a transformation run as smoothly as possible?

Haven't really thought about werewolf animations recently.

Hope that's understandable, it's getting late here, so I'm not sure my words are all working together for me.

@theanicoma I used five frames for the transformation sequence - if I had just gone from human to wolf it wouldn't have looked like a transformation - just a picture of a human, then a picture of a wolf. The reason is looks like I didn't add any frames in between is because I only used 5 where I should have used about 20, but the number of frames you use depends on how smooth/long you want the animation to be ^^

Lol I love how even though the vast majority of animations in this are of dogs and cats, the only one people point out is the one with the chicken in it - it's a practice of how a bipedal form would move, particuarly a bird form ^_^ It's also experimenting with beak sync :)

@LupusFang Pencil's a pretty good animating program for something being free. I myself have it on my mom's MacBook [which I use for all of my digital art]. But besides Pencil, I can suggest GIMP, which I've seen many people do animations on. It's a lot like Photoshop Elements, but there are a few animating options. Sadly, there's no frame option, so you have to use layers. I also don't suggest pasting frames from pencil to Photoshop, since the sizes get all screwed up. Good luck, though~
