Further, we are Western nations so we do share many cultural things in common. We are aware that the US is greatly maligned, we're a very easy target. They sold more weapons in the Congo (a war that killed 5 million people) than even the US. We apporch an election on a crearly different way than american. The highest rate of vote during an election was something like 76% in 2002 betwhen Chirac and Lepen.

The US stated very early on that some oil revenue would be used to defray the cost of the war. Hussein had his chance with Bush Sr. but he had to keep messing around violating the surrender terms. Further, he tried to assassinate our president which really is an act of war. As for casualties, both wars total 400,000 Iraqis. Not the ridiculous numbers on Youtube.
