The highest physical cube is a 7x7x7 from V-cubes.

The highest animated cube (that i know of) is a 20x20x20 by gabbasoft.

Thanks, both cubes I use are extremly broken in, so they are able to turn easier. I also have silicone in them, which makes them better, even yet.
