I love the trilogy, but my favorite is Identity. The car chase and the fight in the apt were among the best I've ever seen. The shorter fight scenes in the park and in the embassy were great also. I also liked Bourne's relationship with Marie and his gradual discovery of who he was. The other 2 were very good, but the hand held cam made it harder to follow the fight and chase scenes. The first one can stand by itself, but the other 2 wouldn't make as much sense without the first one.

It's called The Bourne Legacy because even though it doesn't have the Bourne character, it's either gonna deal with the aftermath of the situation surounding Bournes character or what happened with Bourne will be the catalyst for something with a new character.... hence the legacy in the title :)
