  • Brilliant video! As a reformed Catholic, Ken Russell skewered the church's practices perhaps, but he loved it's sacredness. What he would not abide was hypocrisy, and we see that throughout "The Devils." It's an amazing recreation of 17th Century France with some of the best performances these actors ever gave (and when we're talking Redgrave, Ollie Reed and Gemma Jones, that's quite a statement.) I've seen it dozens of times and it NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE! Inspired choice of music for this.

  • This is so amazing

  • Great video... Wonderful work ! Rather unexpected : "Russell meets Yoko Ono"... But it works !... Congratulations...

  • LOVED THIS.....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKS....

  • Why the hell would you wreck a piece of cinematic art with a totally unconnected music track? You have totally misrepresented Ken Russell's masterpiece. It's like scribbling over the Mona Lisa with a crayon.

  • How do I find an mp3 of that version of Every Woman/Every Man??

  • The song in this is so good. Why did ebert give this a zero any way?

  • LOTS of people reviled this film - Ebert isn't the only one. It's an acquired taste, to be sure.

  • Because Ebert is a hack and one of the most senselessly revered people in any media.

  • I like his wriitng, although I don't agree with him most of the time.

  • Good music choice - looks like a pretty wild movie! 5 ***** for your video.
