i see at 1:45 ...you said oblique issues........i have that too. It is puffy on my sides and feels tight and swollen. The doctor did an ultrasound to check my organs inside and things where fine.
@DrToddTurnbull i have those same symptoms on my left side and i also have L4 L5 disc minimal bulge......also Doctor at 1:45 you mentioned he had what issues?.......also where do you practice out of ....what state......i need to see someone that understands my injury and that is a job in itself. Not every doctor or specialist knows what they are doing. By watching this video you hit in right on.
my chiropractor some how tighten my lower back or should I say my hip, its so tight that makes my leg go numb and I’m hurting 24/7 do you know what he might have done to make my hip go so tight ? Is it my lliacus or psoas muscle damaged? What do you think he has done wrong? This happened 6 years ago. He said it will go away by itself. But has not.

if the doctor adjusts the wrong direction your muscles will tighten & lose power output.
