  • For all you haters, the person who made this video didn't intend to BE 50 cent, he justed wanted to show the particular ab workout that 50 cent does. And trust me, this is an awesome ab workout.

  • Those of you who have never tried to hang upside down to work on your abs need to have the common curtsey not to leave comments. It is a very difficult exercise to do. Not to mention it is the guys first attempt. (Read the side comment) I personally think he had good form. One of the number one things you have to remember when working out is posture. He kept his back straight the entire time; Kudos for him.

  • thats the attitude that will get u huge.. but can also get you in trouble. The main mass building exercises like squat n deadlift both require a strong core which make abs more important than anything. take it from me I could squat 585 at just 19 years old.. however I neglected my abs because I was always lean and they showed, so that was good enough for me. As my limbs got stronger the imbalance turned into injury in my lower back. Your core, lower back n abs, are use in almost every movement.

  • any ab action does good for your abs its just the matter of how much.sit ups do shitty results and thats why they have to be done in huge reps,crunches are better but also in numerous reps.and boys, if u want to have good abs u have to pay attention to 3 things....nutrition, ab exercise and aerobic exercise...in short ...START HAVING SEX!!!
