It's unfair against non prems and you have to pay for it (or you have 1 hr fun and leave dat servers)

I'm actually very anoyed- Battlefield Bad Company 2 servers actually kick for bunnyhopping- because it's stupid, a lack of skill if you can't just shoot your enemy, you have to bounce around like an idiot in the hope of catching your enemy with a random spray of bullets/grenades.

Note: you won't actually go this fast, the servers premium adds a whole bunch of random stuff that completely offsets game balance. Such as increasing speed and changing FOV

@mauricio1gonzalez you can bhop in TF2 without mods and gain greater speed than walking, just not as much as most people are used to in older games. but the increase is enough to allow you to make jumps normally impossible without bhop and to outrun people of the same speed as your class. only by small amounts though.

i suggest you have a look at the speed data vids by DivineBeastLink in the related vids or my more crude 'race' one with 2 medics. both show the speed increase you gain (both are recent vids in the last 6 months or so) although Divine's is better in that it shows the velocity quite clearly and provides a clear numerical indication of how you move faster

Caerus88 is right. You CAN bhop in TF2 and the speed gets increased. Although, the diference isn't so much significant, and it's usefulness is questionable.

But yes, you can. There's even videos here in youtube about it, one of them showing a race between two medics. One running, one bhopping, guess the outcome.
