To the dangers of a dry ice bomb. It works by pressure, the amount of danger depends on what container you put it in. an aquafina, or a real flimsy plastic bottle blows up real easy, and is pretty harmless.
Not sure if dry ice can create enough pressure for this, but a body of mine made a pressure bomb using other means in a glass bottle. it broke several of his windows and embed shards of glass deep into wood.
2 litter bottle is biggest i'd safely go. just don't hold it when it goes off
