Yes China and India etc are producing a lot of waste, however, can you honestly tell me that developing countries do not produce any waste? Look at the US and UK etc, they were amongst the worse offenders. It's not fair to make other countries pay for the mess those countries has left us with. In order to make this climate deal work, those developed countries who made the mess should contribute more to the course and lead by setting an example. Not by trying to frame and play the blame game.
