@Lunathekat Yeah your right on that 1000% , I remember being in a different country then my home with a habit, always remember the feeling of being alone,. my habit was a thing of disgust for the world/family etc. Yet I felt like it was my own way forward through life. If your here while sick, HOT SHOWER / BATH , lots of potassium (for restless leg thing) and try remember the last time you used and felt so so ill, keep strong, stay safe, (also just dont beat urself up)
