It's actually 9/4, not 9/8. The 11/8 at the beginning and the 4/4 right after it establishes the length of the eighth and quarter notes, and each beat in the 9/4 section is two eighth notes long, or one quarter. Hence, 9/4.

@chamitox921 I pointed someone to this song because of the time signature but Soundgarden didn't invent 9/8, besides the main riff and verse of NTMF are in 9/8, while this is in 11/8 with a 4/4 chorus. The only segment in 9/8 is the bridge, which sounds nothing like NTMF, calling it a rip off is plain stupid... I like both bands, in fact I've been listening to Soundgarden for much longer than TMV, but TMV is light years away of them
