  • Buddha was chosen by the Gods to live two destinies They have created. These 2 destinies are: the Adolf Hitler destiny and the coming new king who will bring peace to the Earth for a long time.

Nostradamus calls these 2 destinies: (1)Mars and (2)The Scepter in quatrain 24 of century 6. Thus Hitler is not the author of WWII,the Gods are.

this comment is the fulfillment of Nostradamus's quatrain 91 of century 1:The Gods will make it appear to mankind that They are the authors of a great war.

  • Those who live rightheous lives shall not fear (Quran). Being forgiven (by God or any similar force), is ofcourse to face death, without worries. And yes going against yourself is going against the purpose, and ones compassionate nature, and becomes meaninglessness. (unnatrual concepts / idolatry). I was just discussing how religions are similar to an atheist who refused that thinking, and now Buddha(nature) is talking about the same thing! Very nice, Peace!

  • Compassion or altruism is inborn in us. It evolved over tends of thousands of years because it's beneficial to our species.

  • Everyone strive for what he is saying.

  • @UhichaTobi why are you using an arabic word typed in roman letters every now and then if the language you are posting is English?

  • "The purpose of life is to survive and replicate. Everything else, is bullshit" -Mystery

  • @BboyAdflicto haha effective book. But lowering the self-esteem in my point of view... some people I know lost themselves to that book. It's what HE found to hook girls, I find my way and you can find your way too. Dont do that bullshit he's saying cuz it will get back to you it's not natural. Or at least just use one or 2 or his tips not all of it you'd be a puppet! You can find much BETTER than that...

  • the so-called heavenly deity of compassion and wisdom once again shows his true nature. His passion and happiness are infectious and motivating. FREE TIBET.

  • If I SLAM the door on Compassion I miss the whole point of being in this world. Compassion is the most fundamental and radical jihad going.

  • True compassion is giving without ever seeking something in return, just the joy of giving makes compassion what it is. Helping a complete stranger whom you may never again see in your life, making a child or an old person smile, whether it's monetary or just something as simple as paying a compliment, holding open a door, or help a person with disability unload a grocery cart and never look back to see what impact you may have had in that persons day for a moment, that is compassion.

  • @Nevermore1953 What a beautiful statement. :) Thank you for sharing; I couldnt agree more.

  • @Nevermore1953 Compassion is Empathy.

  • @passingbynight Agreed! Empathy plays a great role. However, just because you have empathy for someone doesn't necessarily lead to compassion. Empathy is a feeling, compassion is acting on that feeling!

  • i found the purpose in life long time ago.... its in ISLAM :)

  • good for you..

  • @MSTM005 and Islam means "submit". Yeah....the purpose in life is to submit to a sky deity who kills humans for worshipping any other thing.

  • please check my video 'The Purpose of Life' - more info about it ;D

  • compassion is always an illusion . just feeds the ego

  • @rbl777 um no compassion is the opposite of egotism. selfless acts i.e. compassion is what keeps humans mentally healthy.

  • @henf5671 no sometimes u can become a self righteous do-gooder who thinks he is better than everyone else! compassion can feed the go but so can being cruel, so the ego is something one always has to keep in control. th problem witht he dalai lama is he doesnt have no purpose in his own life, & isnt compassionate to his subjects. if he was the leader of free tibet, then he would have a purpose.but instead he shoves hi head up beijings ass! guerilla warfare and dirty bombs are the only way-JIHAD!

  • I find it unbelievable that so much hatred is on a page that is dedicated to compassion. Did we all arrive here because we have a common thread?

  • The only place and need for compassion is where there is inocent suffering! If there is no suffering then what is the need for compassion? Its like having a car with no wheels? Compassion is like feeling sorry for the suffering right? In which case its just as important to have Great feelings for all those that are not suffering then? Balance is the key then lol One should not be Biased! in such negative either then?

  • His last words ''All material things melt away and you are left with the metaphysical, specifically, happiness.'' Happiness dies with you. Along with your money, your expensive clothes and your shiny car. There is no meaning to life. There is no meaning to our existence. We exist to exist. We have synthesized our own purpose, and we took the concept from nature. We exist to become more efficient and superior at existing. That is our circle of purpose.

  • @Falchorn585 You cannot take some thing from your self! We are part of nature so when you say we took the concept from nature that does not make sense? We breathe, see, smell, sense things just like every thing else in nature! What we get is the end result of our actions! There is meaning to life! every thing has a meaning and purpose other wise it would be impossible for it to exsist! Things can only exsist if they have a maker, cause or purpose or a combination of the three lmao

  • @MrNativeDancer We came from nature. We have left it. There is nothing ''natural'' about us other than, obviously, our physical attributes. I am speaking from definition and the current state of affairs in reference to how humans exist. You speak from your beliefs. I know this as what you are stating is unproven, without evidence and is nothing more than a fantastical childs' story. The concept of nature I speak of is the modern western human culture. ''To become more efficient at existing''.

  • @Falchorn585 No not all people have left Nature in western, have you seen some of the peoples fantastic gardens planted with beautiful trees and plants etc full of wild life! "Thats nature lol" Just for the record sir I have NO BELIEFS WHAT SO EVER! I either know some thing or I dont lol I do not speak from my beliefs because I dont have any PERIOD! but from my observations! that studying real things look up the word PROVEN

  • @MrNativeDancer Unfortunately I appear to have, again, engaged in argument with a moron. I am astounded that you do not understand what I meant by ''nature''. I did not mean removing oneself from the presence of flora and fauna, I meant the way in which humans live our lives in reference to our ecology, population, consumption and technology. By definition we are no longer part of an equal ecosystem. In regards to your beliefs, as that is what they are, your concept of purpose..

  • Comment removed

  • @MrNativeDancer There have been multiple ecosystems on Earth for hundreds of millions of years. How you are not aware of this clearly represents your utter stupidity. I mean I knew you were an idiot but you, and this truly is astounding, are literally the most moronic, brainless, uneducated fuckwit I have ever spoken with with over Youtube. I have had many arguments and yours is by far the most idiotic. You don't know. Take it from someone with an I.Q above that of a cactus.

  • @MrNativeDancer Is unproven and offers no conclusive evidence to support itself. You believe in purpose, not action and reaction which, as you see it, is ''purpose''. I don't expect you to change your beliefs. As I have found when someones' foolish and unproven childhood beliefs are challenged they offer what little evidence they can, and when that fails against logic and reason they generally do one of two things: Block the user or..

  • @MrNativeDancer I never argued that there is reason behind entities in nature. This is known but, if you'll scroll up you will notice I stated the fact that humans are no longer part of nature as we no longer possess a purpose. No reason to be. We pillage all WITH purpose and are careless of the consequences. As creatures of consciousness we may fabricate our own purpose should we choose, but if we do nothing with our lives then we are without meaning.. yet we continue to exist.

  • @Falchorn585 You calling me moronic haha If I scroll up there is nothing there you fool hahaha Oh deer!

Just pictures and a cool video lol

Maybe you dont have a purpose but majority of people do! 1 simple purpose for your limited inteligence! We breath out and produce carbon dioxide. Guess what trees and plants need to grow! Yep you guessed it thicko! Carbon Dioxide! Trees produce flowers and fruits for wild life! wow now deny that then dude! THATS A PURPOSE PERIOD! YEEH HAHAHA

  • @MrNativeDancer Trees have existed before humans. Were they relying on us then? We're pillaging the forests of earth and our own population is increasing, reducing oxygen and increasing carbon dioxide. We're destroying what we're saving? Are there not other entities on earth able to exude carbon dioxide? Your argument is as flawed as everything else you've said.

  • @MrNativeDancer And as our comments have been removed there is nothing, indeed. However I still received notification of your idiotic comments. Though i've no proof to offer you I can state truthfully that my I.Q is 145. You will never know this as you choose not to believe it and you have a justifiable right to do so, but I will know. That my intellect is is undoubtedly above yours given what you've displayed here.

  • @MrNativeDancer I have a job I am not lonely and I enjoy my life. This is because I know for a fact that I am not an ignorant fool like yourself. A true achievement as I am coming to learn, as so many are riddled with the idiocy and incompetence that you've displayed. I don't have a purpose, you don't have a purpose, my beliefs aren't negative they're realistic and by definition.. you are arguing. I am done with your utter stupidity. I end this here as there is no future for the goal ..

  • @Falchorn585 Cut the Bullshit thats all you talk! Read your own comments! Do they look inteligent or retarded!

If you had a latin name it would be: PLONKER MORONICUS RETARD BULLCRAPPER NEGATIVUS LOWLIFE TROLL

yOUR BELIEFS ARE NEGATIVE AND UN REALISTIC. To think humans have no purpose you must live in a toilet surounded by sewage lol Plenty of us have a purpose other wise we would not be here you idiotic moron get back in your cave and read your book lol

  • @MrNativeDancer Relieving you of your ignorance. You will lead a deluded life of false beliefs and hollow incorrect understanding. I wish you nothing but suffering, which I do not hope for, I am content in the knowledge that you will be let down by your false beliefs and you will crush yourself under your desperate cling to remain ignorant.. and never be able to relieve yourself.

  • @Falchorn585 What goes around comes around! what you say has no effect on me your just a lousy sad troll I am not even gonna bother reading the rest of the garbage you spout! Your not worth 10p lol So what ever you have wished on me you will get your self lol good luck and enjoy your time in that firey pit! hope you dont get to hot down there! What a dreadful plonker you are! shame on you for that disgusting comment!

  • @MrNativeDancer Continue to reiterate their beliefs in the context of an argument. From the few words exchanged no doubt you will continue with the latter as to you, your beliefs are fact. I understand you think you're correct based upon your own interpretation and such is easily forgivable. However, when enlightenment is presented blatantly and truthfully and one does not accept it, your own ignorance will continue to worsen until you no longer have a grasp of reality..

  • @MrNativeDancer Worse still, should you become a parent or come into a position of influence your ignorance will spread and idiocy will thrive. I believe you are in possession of enough intellect to understand the negative implications this would have although, based upon your previous statements, that belief teeters precariously. Lastly, for me to look up the word ''Proven'' would be a useless venture as I understand it's definition. You on the other hand..

  • Comment removed

  • @Falchorn585 But there again you are putting every one in the same box lol You cant do that it does not work! Its natural for humans to act like humans!

So where is there no evidence from what I have said? This sounds like you are talking from very limited experience of life? Maybe you read Newspapers or Watch to much Television News etc? Maybe

  • @MrNativeDancer I did not place everyone ''In the same box'', if you would actually read my comment I stated that I am referencing Western lifestyle and culture. I never argued that humans act like humans. I argued that human behavior, in contrast to an, unaffected by human action, ecosystem is not natural which it isn't. If you do not understand this then you may need a professional to dab the spittle dribbling down your chin. Please respond without restating your beliefs as fact..

  • @Falchorn585 Of course you did just read your own comment! you use the word "we" to mean all humans LOL

You sir are completely raving bonkers mad! PERIOD!

Just because you may not have a purpose it does not mean its the same for every one! PERIOD!

Just because you pillage! that does not mean every one does! PERIOD!

Just because you have negative beliefs that does not make them true! PERIOD!

Just because you are arguing it does not mean I am! PERIOD I stated facts! PERIOD!

  • The PURPOSE OF LIFE is to LIVE A LIFE OF PURPOSE.

  • Reading some of the comments below scare me. The teachings of the Dalai lama is about peace and love. Don't bring religion into this please .... All I see from religion is segregation and isolation . The anger coming from some people in this comment feed is uncalled for. Live your life with an open and caring heart and it's a simple formula for a beautiful life. The Dalai lama is a wonderful human being.

  • Hello my fellow human beings.

The purpose of human life on this planet, in this galaxy, in this universe is a simple question with a simple answer. The purpose of human life, is to find the purpose to your own human life not the purpose of somebody else's or human society as a whole. Some human beings find the purpose of human life, witnessing the birth of their child.

Find your individual purpose, then you find the purpose of your human life.

    regards,

    iGenius

  • we must look deep inside ourselves to find what we truely love. what we truely live by. too many live in fear. fear of enemies. fear of not having enough. fear of being weak. fear of being wrong. why? because we are an egoic society and we are conditioned to desire more and worry and doubt and fear. stop the conditioning of children and see how things would change.

  • He reminds me of my linear algebra professor.

  • Guy owned slaves. Just saying. Also, if reincarnation is true, he was a horrible tyrant in several past lives. Just saying.

  • @ComradePants So say a guy who worship Communist, I wonder how well those leader want.

  • I THINK THE DALAI LAMA IS HATED IN united STATES... NOT BY ME.. BUT BY THE FACT THAT COMPASSION AND BEING A HUMBLE PERSON IS A MARK FOR A WEAK PERSON. I WILL LIVE BY THE KIND WORDS OF THE D. LAMA BUT WILL RECOGNIZE THE UNKIND WORLD WE LIVE IN. I GIVE TO THE NEEDY AND THE NOT THE GREEDY . I BET NO REPUBLICAN AMERICAN IS WATCHING THE DALAI LAMA...BECAUSE THEY GIVE TO THE WEALTHIEST AND GREEDIEST AMERICANS.

  • interesting perspective of purpose of life

  • Why people call him "His Holiness" when he himself sayd he is not different from any other human being.

  • @tzoche Merely a title of respect. Don't read too much into it.

  • @tzoche because he is humble, as per buddhism customs

  • So sad how many people admire the Dalai Lama. He is the current representative of centuries old brutality and oppression. If he truly cared about the Tibetan people he would scrap his palace and give the money to his starving people - who are poor to this day because of the horrible life they had to put up with for centuries under Buddhist theocratic rule and now under their Chinese conquerors.

  • @Pooternackle5 It might be easier to fix your own life and words....

  • Thank you for posting

  • dear Dalai Lama, please enjoy your retirement after shouldering so many responsibilities with such grace, Thank you for everything, may your words continue to teach and inspire!

  • remember children, elder has a lot of wisdom

  • Being compassionate is a great value. Even if life is without purpose it is still important to be kind to others.

  • Purpose of life does not exist, its only a creation of the human mind. Things are what they are, humans put a value on them. Not a single soul on this earth knows what the fuck is going on. Then again what I just wrote may not mean anything to the rest of the universe or beyond.

  • .._/♥\_ོཾ་མཎི་པད་མེ་ཧུཾ་ Om mani padme hum ...may wisdom and compassion prosper in this saha world.

  • It is not only necessary to have compassion for the friend it is also essential to have compassion for the foe. Empathy does not preclude the presence of a feeling of dislike or disagreement with another. Understanding anything completely is impossible, But having compassion in your work and life transcends all religions, allowing us to understand differences and embrace diversity.

  • @SlyNicolai I respect you hun all the best x

  • OMG He is one of the best 2 ever come

Nice work here All adds up JUST SWEET!!!!!

  • @aryagerardo i agree with you ... Sort of. I find a lot of people try looking for happiness in tangible things (eg drugs, possessions [including people being used in possessive ways]), and they expect these to keep them happy. The older i get, the more i feel true happiness starts from within, and can spread to anyone you encounter thruogh the day. I don't consider that selfish. If i walked through life screaming at everyone just on principle, i'd consider that much more selfish

  • @vatandust it's interesting that you debated with a colleague "we're all human" and then take a moment to shit on atheists. I don't "believe in god" per se, tho my own worldview shows us as a collective life force (humans & all living species adding to a single paradigm, giving an impression of a god-like force). Your comments seemed to assume all atheists are lost, confused and misguided, and could never benefit from his words. But i'm here, aren't i?

  • I found your video tonight because of a dear friend, I have seen him speak, he is so likable and open to everyone of every faith. He makes such a good point that compassion is not just for others, but for ourselves as well. Thank you for showing this :)

  • But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, full of mercy & good fruit, unwavering & without hypocrisy. The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by them who make peace. Happiness is fleeting. Joy is eternal and comes from knowing the true living God, Jesus Christ. In Him is the fulness of deity in bodily form.

  • He is our precious citizen of the Earth ...I would rather leave this world instead of letting him leave if i have the power.

  • und das ganze jetzt in deutsch..........!...schildbürger-österarm(reich-viena)

  • Peace

  • Namaste !!

  • I love you Dalai Lama, you are the wisest amongst all!! Always simple and direct.

  • Do you want to find the real purpose of life.. Put this on youtube " purpose of life Khaled Yasin"

  • This guy is funny.. i only heard him say compassion over and over again.... now here is the truth from the Quran: The purpose of life is to worship God. Be thankful to God, since it is Him who gave you everything you have. Seek truth. Enter Islam!!!.

  • @vatandust Islam is a terrorism religion, there is no peace in Islam, only killing and hatred,

  • @islamDick Islam is not a terrorist religion. Only a very small percentage of Muslims take their religion to the extreme and practice hatred and violence. Islam is a religion that promotes peace, not war. I am not Islamic, but at least I take the time to understand the basic principles of something before I go around mindlessly insulting it.

  • @vatandust God gave us nothing. You will never find the purpose in life in the Quran or the Holy Bible on the will to hate and judge others not of your faith. He says compassion so much because is it a fundamental part of Tibetan Buddhism and its teachings. Its good to see that with the Quran by your side you were unable to understand that. What he is saying is that, if you show compassion you will be shown compassion in return. Not, kill him he isn't Muslim. Like your book teaches.

  • @vatandust the purpose of life is to worship god ?! Tell that to the children that are born in poverty, or the families whos lives have been torn apart by war, or the people who died drowning in a tsunami, or the kids in the hospital with a disease that judges them guilty. The World has enough mindless people worshiping a fictional character, what the world needs are people who find happiness in helping others, those are the people who truly deserve worshiping

  • @danodanoo very good point you brought up: Quran exactly teaches us to help those children that are born in poverty, the families whos lives've been torn apart by war, and the people who died drowning in a tsunami and the kids in the hospitals. Helping those in need is an inevitable part of the piety and righteousness in Islam. However God is not fictional...How many times have I heard, or seen those same atheists shouting for help from God when facing extreme helpless circumstances...

  • @vatandust Thank you for your reply, im happy to see that you are mature enough to at least hear what others have to say, I didnt expect it to be honest.....And im glad to hear that the Quran teaches to help one another, i just hope that people understand that whether your Boudist, Muslim, Jew, Christian, whatever....we are all human.

  • @danodanoo you are very welcome...again u r right about saying that we are all human, check online, Quran(verse:4-1) exactly states that human being is created from one person, meaning all have one begining. Helping one another is also stated there. check Quran chapter 103: Indeed mankind is in loss except those who have faith and remind each other of the truth with patience and steadfastness.Lets again be "mature enough" to hear what others say & read Quran for ourselves. There's 1 God only!!!

  • @paenitet7nullum Life is Life mate.. lol Take life easy, instead of staying home trolling at videos with your hatred thoughts meant for intellects( not even) go out and donate something to a beggar, look for one.. then if there's a hope maybe.. maybe you would sort out. Good Luck.

@suchafool990 your name says it all.. ;) Fool, with respect, haha peace be with you :)

"If one listens to the wrong kind of music he will become the wrong kind of person" Aristotle Jus had a look at you account ;)

  • namaste

Search for: "The Purpose of Life The Motive of Existence" you will find a video explaining the purpose!

  • Watch it again - he's setting up the premise. It's very logical. the primary desire that drive us all is the desire to be happy - or at least content. Think how you feel if you do something nice for someone. If you think it through, what he is saying profound. That's what I think anyway.

  • @peterholloway1953 Agreed. If you watch his other videos, he talks a lot about wanting to incorporate those values into public education from the youngest age. No doubt in my mind this would make the world a better place...

  • @peterholloway1953 Utterly true. This man is a profound philosopher. Trust me, I studied this formally and the Western philosophers haven't attained the level he has reached.

  • @peterholloway1953 People only think about what they have to do in order to be happy, thats where selfishness kicks in.

  • i dont think he knows that what he's saying doesnt make any fucking sense until about three quarters into the vid. besides the meaning of life and having a good life and having a happy life are three very different things.

ok let me resume this whole thing for u: don't be a bitch.

  • And We have not sent you ( prophet Muhammad ) except as a mercy to the worlds.(The Quran 21:107)

  • 1:10 press this multiple times.

  • @Nerosorcerer thats not funny hes speaking about life and you go make a joke not good

  • @Bender2522 What he says is true indeed, but it is something you must learn for yourself not simply hear from another old geezer, yes i respect him trying to make the world a better place, that is in my opinion not the way, humans are complicated beings.

  • He sounds like a vulcan

  • The Dali Llama preaches only peace, moderation, and self-improvement. Those who hate him preach extremism, advocate violence, and are determined to impose their own views on others. Such is the nature of hate- it is not rational, it is not reasonable, and it is not reconciliatory.

Long live China, but extremism and intolerance have no place in civilised society. As rich and powerful as China becomes, it will never be 'developed' in the eyes of the world if it keeps this bloody minded attitude

  • @oh1my2goodness3 absolute beast statement, well said

  • @oh1my2goodness3 Add most of the other Western countries to the list of bloody-minded countries. So the USA, UK, France etc. The UK is just as bad as China in regards to abusing other countries.

  • @RSpure0wnaged very strange--is this Chinese hatred to Dalailama or American hatred to him?

  • • His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama is concerned about the freedom, peace and happiness of the six million Tibetan people.

    • His Holiness The Dalai Lama is concerned about the future of the most precious, profound culture in the world, which preserves the entire teaching of the Buddha: the Lesser Vehicle, and the Great Vehicle, Sutra and Secret Mantra.

    • Even though some evil beings criticize His Holiness, unlike common people and even other religious leaders, He only benefits them in return.

  • @dorje168 yes yes, and you your holiness are a one brainwashed moron :)

  • I agree with the Dalia Lama that finding the Purpose of Life through compassion really does give your life meaning, purpose and happiness. It has work many time in my own life experiences. It has given me a truly Enlightened Purpose.

  • well well the point is we have to live for their pleasure...we are the DRUG they need

  • (e) Buddhism may say a lot of sweet things, but please think again. Behind there is Satan, he tries to deceive us, making us to allow to do everything, even if it is something really bad or terrible..

We must hold on to Jesus, God's son, and God, and be strong.

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj ....You obviously are a true believer in the Christan faith,I'm somewhat skeptical when it comes to Christianity, more questions get asked than answered, like if God created everything, then who created God?Buddhism is not a religion but rather a science and Buddha was a real person and he found a way to improve your mental state of being, having inner peace, being calm, being happy and having compassion even for those who do wrong are something that is working for me and its real.

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj ...Being negative, sad, hateful, jealous are things that I have almost done away with, through Buddism I'm starting to feel the opposite of what I have been feelin and its having a most positive effect on not just me,but the peolpe around me,this is something that has long being missing from my life.

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj You are misinformed. That comment was very judgmental for a christian.. In history, Jesus never judged. Jesus taught very much the same as the Delai Lama.... Modern Christianity = judgmental people who hold onto information that is made up in their own minds. Anger and hatred of others and their ways does not get you a free ticket into gods kingdom. (if thre really even is a god) Grow up and live your life, stop judging others and practice compassion.

  • (d) You see, the sacrifice had done in advance of time, that's why we say Jesus died for all of us, and to save us. If you become Christian, and truly understand this, you should not feel guilty all the time, you should be very glad and grateful and you would cry for joy that you found God's love.

  • (c) In old days, people used to sacrifice a lamb or something they had, everytime they commit sin, to beg God for forgiveness. If Jesus did not die for us, we still have to sacrifice something everytime we commit sin. But because of Jesus, instead, we remember Jesus before even commit sin, we stop. That is what I am doing.

  • (b) Romans 2:14. But you see, only a few people able to do that, the rest of us, needs control, needs law, needs something to hold on. And that is the God's law. The reason following other religion is greatly dangerous, is because they do not say like Bible, for example, the law about adultery and marriage and divorce is missing in Buddhism, they say nothing about it. Thus, people thinks it is OK, to get divorced, it is OK, to have free sex, it is OK, to abandon your wife, etc.

  • (Last)

Please do not be a bad child who turn your back on your parents, as God loves you,

He is our real Father, who grows plants to feed you, works day and night, to make you to come to Him.

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj... The path that you have chosen seems like it's working for you,but the path for me was chosen before I could speak and choose for myself, being told that I would end up in hell if I didn't stay as a christian(orthodox) or made to feel guilty because Jesus died for our sins made me feel very negative and I didn't like it,I dont need more negativity in my life,I need inner peace,I need happiness,I need compassion, these things are good and positive and this is what Buddism offers.

  • @TheWheelofLife100 Hi there. Thanks for the reply. If anybody says if you are not Christian, you would go to Hell, they don't understand Bible very well. Think about it. If anyone, who doesn't know Bible, who never heard the name of Jesus, but he is a good person in anyone's eyes, do you really think he would go to Hell? No, Bible says "who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law."

  • (c) It makes sense all together and put my mind and soul very comfortable like a baby in mother's hands. When I understood the Bible and Jesus' words, I had clear view of how to live life, ever since, I tried to live a righteous life, to love other people like I love myself, share food and money and always gave some money when I saw poor people on the street. All this was impossible without knowing Jesus.

  • (b)

Jesus and Buddha both existed on the Earth, it is in every history, you can not say either of this is a myth. Both were here. But one is telling the truth, one was telling a lie. Jesus is currently at side of God, I don't know where Buddha is right now. The bible and what Jesus told matches, clearly saying how the Earth was born, how a man was created, how to deal with our sin, marriage, adultery, and many other things.

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj you think Jesus is at the side of god. There is no complete proof of that. Buddha was a man, not a god. He never claimed to have powers that heald sin. In buddhism we seek peace and harmony and live in the moment. We dont consintrate on a belief system that brings negativity into our lives. We are at peace within ourselves we don't hate. Please stop trying to make people think you know it all when you dont. That is when it is wrong. That is what breeds negativity

  • As a christian myself,I feel that Christianity is more of a mythology than actual fact, that 1 man claimed he is the son of god, that he spoke to god, cured people, and then sacrificed himself for the rest of us and of course there is no evidence to support this, where as Buddha was a real person, who through trial and error created a way of thinking that was practical,a way of dealing with your negative emotions,a way of being calm,of being happy,of having inner peace.

  • @loveenergy90 i dont think youve ever met him face to face nor do you know his personal life

  • What happens if someone abuses you?

  • @GnaReffotsirk fight back but don't kill them if its a stranger, but if its your parents then deal with it until you graduate college and have your own dependents

  • SO WHAT IF DVD'S ARE BEING SOLD? THAT'S YOUR FAULT FOR FORCING EVERYONE TO REQUIRE MONEY...NOT HIS. YOUTUBE ADVERTISES AND ALOT OF YOU CLICK IT ALL THE TIME. NOBODY TALKED ABOUT THAT! OR SAID YOUTUBE IS "FAKE". PEOPLE USE THE WORD FAKE AS IF THE DALAI LAMA IS IMAGINARY.

  • p.s.

I do love peace, and I do not want anyone get hurt because my words, but I can not believe when you hear this speech you don't realise that this is only a circle of nice words like, compassion, peace and happiness. After I listened to it, I learned nothing and left with nothing.

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj..... Your right ,nice words are just that, nice words, but it's when you put those nice words into practice then you reap the rewards, the reward of happiness, the reward of inner peace, the reward of compassion.

  • @TheWheelofLife100 I really don't think seating there and repeating the same words over and over again will save my soul.. For one thing I know, lying about God is a terrible sin. Jesus, God's son came as a man, and shown God to us, He cured many, fed many, and die on a cross for all of us, and resurrected. What Buddha did?

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj ....I don't judge peolpe on their beliefs,if being a Christian works for you, then that's fine,if your happy then that's good as well, but for me Buddha's way of thinking is more practical, more real, for me, living a full and happy life is more now than it ever was, being a Christian I never got that,I guess you can say I have lost faith, but it's a new path that I have chosen to follow and it's working, that's what Buddha has done for me.

  • @TheWheelofLife100 (a) I don't judge people either but I am very worried. Because I know that except one real God, anything else came from Satan. If you really think it through, it is all lie, because Satan is a liar. People on different religion might not be an evil, but the different religion itself except Christianity is definitely an evil. You can see it, you can smell it, you can feel it. It is not from God, the creator of this world.

  • @dkanrjskgkwlanj Now you are lying. truly speaking God doesn't have death. Its exists before human beings are created. you given a name to god as Jesus which works for you since you have belief on it. I have same belief on god with different way of worship and name. so don't say i am praying Satan. God is King he accepts every one who prays with full devotion in what ever way one likes. Don't try to brainwash others on the name of Jesus or Allah. I am believer of God so I never worry about satan

  • And if we say that EVERYTHING is wonderful in this world and everything is right, do you think that would lead us to the right way of life?

Do you really think we are heard only nice words, it would solve any of our problems, what about the death? What about after the death?

What about sin? What about marriage? What is right and how do we deal with everything?

  • I am Christian, and I do know that the Bible teaches not to be so quick to judge, and also talks about hypocrisy.

But BECAUSE Christians are warned and learned about hypocrisy, most of us are far from being hypocrites, at least trying very hard not to be one.

If we are not taught what is wrong and what is right, how would we know what is wrong and what is right?

  • i want to know how long can he stand assholes like me if im in front of him.. let's see if those meditation really works...bullshit

  • I want to know how to develop the compassion. sometimes you just dont like people. how do you overcome that. even happens with people close to you (e.g. parents)

  • His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lamas’

    Middle-Way Approach is:

To peacefully resolve the issue of Tibet and to bring about stability and co-existence between the Tibetan and Chinese peoples based on equality and mutual co-operation.

    The protection and preservation of Tibetan Culture, Religion and National Identity;

    The Chinese: the Security and territorial integrity of the Motherland;

The Neighbors and other concerned Parties: Peaceful borders and International relations.

  • read the lotus sutra ....

  • u know very well how tibet is in china

LISTEN. JESUS IS NOT GOD BUT IS POWERFUL. ALLAH IS GOD FOR CRAZY PERSONS . AND BUDHA WAS ONE PERSON AGO MANY YEARS BELIEVER OF JESUS

  • O.K. so the meaning of life is to life a happy life filled with compassion.. I can live with that.

  • He's a good man and also a great teacher but all the dogmas like reincarnation are just not worth buying. If you follow Buddha's paths you will know that belief in reincarnation or such a supreme knowledge is a mark of ignorance and bigotry. His teachings reflect Buddhist philosophy at various level and therefore Dalai Lama is a great teacher not a Holy Saint. The dispute among materialistic buddhists and spiritual buddhists is probably the main reason Chinese people not look up to him.
