Becka's an entertainer - who is consistently entertaining.  He's not George Will or Charles Krauthammer, but what he does serves a purpose. He's one of the few people in the Omaha media who is consistently calling out city government.

I have listened to Mr. Becka's show sporadically, he is an embarrassing reminder of what this country has become. Spouting diatribe across the airways for the for what? Taking an artificial stand for what? To keep the fools busy whilst piloting back and forth? Listening to a show like Becka's provides equal portions of ignorance and stupidity. Having someone form your opinions for you is repugnant, and when you listen to someone possessing no common sense like Tom Becka, well...

I think it was you on the radio I heard the other evening talking about the Sgt Pepper who lost his leg in Iraq and now lost his home in the tornadoes in the South on Febr 5. Why not send request in to Extreme Makeover Home Ediition. Tonight Febr 10 they built a home for a soldier that lost his leg in Iraq and is now home raising 4 children alone, I believe in Kansas City. They built the home accessible to his needs.
