it means that black people are a minority, so it's more common for black people to have a lot of white friends, since theres more white people, than there is for a white person to have a lot of black friends, since theres less black people. I don't see why you have to instantly claim that everyone white is racist and shit. I'm white, and I only know like 3-5 black people, and it's not like i'm avoiding them, they're just not around.
