I have a theory. Maybe it wasn't Detective Goodman, it could be some one else. But when Meekins asked that person for the ID card that person didn't know what to do. So that person took out a knife and cut Meekins in the hand. Later on the other person called Detective Goodman to the prosticuters garage. Then that person murdered Goodman and blamed it on Ms. Skye. BUT how did they do it in less than 30 mins?
