NO think again that's what you should do cause hurricanes are too many in the US it happens all the time not just once but ALL THE TIME!!! The US have to think of another plan to prevent lives from being taken and not just telling people to leave the city. CNN said that anybody who are not willing to leave the city will be forced to leave by security guards. in hurricane katrina situation there were no rescue, the government never send any help. People do the hell they want they break into stores to get food to eat for their families. That's a law broke you can't break into somebody's property and take whatever you want that's not fair and that's not tolerated in US. But how else can they get food? does bush care? He was still in vacation and when he did go there his plane was in the sky but never landed. They threw stuff onto the ground.
