The canoes weigh about 25 lbs empty. They are carbon fiber, and very expensive like most of the top of the line racing stuff, bikes ,ski poles ect.... Yeah great end to summer!! The girls in Quebec are O la la la!! You should get there some day. I would recommend learning a little French though, it is like going to France:)
Nice video! Its interesting how smooth the video is even though you are running. I guess a persons head doesn't jostle around much even when they are running.
TY! You are right! I think it is because your neck is much bigger and connected to your body than your arm. I was running on the balls of my feet too trying not to land on my heels:)
